Products

The Tasman Butchers Online Shop includes a selection of top-selling Yearling Beef, Lamb, Pork, Chicken and Veal products you will find in our stores located across Melbourne and regional areas of Victoria. To make things easy, we provide you with approximate weights and the portions you can expect to receive when you shop with us online.

Our Online Shop, also ranges a number of quality Small Goods such as bacon, ham and prosciutto  as well as Beerenberg condiments all made on the Beerenberg Family Farm located in Hahndorf, SA.  You will find these under the Pantry category in our online shop. 

We are a traditional butcher, our team members are highly qualified and freshly prepare our 100% locally sourced meat and poultry every day. 

Also, all our house-made sausages, burgers, marinated products are gluten-free and endorsed by Coeliac Australia. They also contain no artificial flavours or colours.  Perfect for everyone!

Delivery

Currently, delivery boundary includes Vic Metro (50 kms from CBD)

Our delivery window is conveniently between Midnight and 9am (Tuesday/ Thursday/ Saturday only) (excluding public holidays), so the product is on your door step when you wake.
All our products are packed in a foam esky, with ice.

*Please note any customer's that live in the Cranbourne area, your order will be delivered between 12 Noon & 7pm.

In the event that our friendly driver is delayed, they will give you a courtesy text message at an appropriate hour to let you know an approx. new time of arrival.

The best way to find out whether we deliver to your area is to enter your address in the "address checker". You will instantly receive a message whether we are delivering to your area.  If you receive a message saying that delivery is unavailable at the moment, you can register your address for online shopping in the future and to receive weekly store offers.

All Orders over $120, delivery is free!

All other orders delivery is a flat fee of $15.00 per order.

Payment

At the moment, we only accept MasterCard and Visa credit card payments online. 
A transaction processing fee of 2.5% will be charged on all transactions to cover provider on-costs. 

Your credit card will be securely stored and charged to correspond with the exact measurement and weight of the Goods at the time of packaging for delivery.
You will then receive a tax invoice confirming this amount charged.

REFUNDS

We will at all times comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) requirements including but not limited to the re-supply or refund of any Goods supplied or provided which do not meet ACL requirements. If the Goods are faulty, if they have been wrongly described, or are different from and do not match a sample shown to you, then you may elect to exchange the Goods, receive a refund or credit.

 

When we decline to accept and process any Order under our Completion of Order Policy above, we will also refund you the amount received from you or reimburse any deductions from your credit card. We also offer refunds or replacement of the Goods if the Goods were not delivered as agreed.

 

We also offer a 100% money back guarantee if you are not happy with the quality and freshness of our Goods. You can make a claim for a refund to your Tasman Butchers account if you are not satisfied with freshness or quality of our Goods by emailing us at: online@tasmanbutchers.com.au within three (3) days of receipt of the Goods to lodge your claim and advise us why you are not happy with the Goods. In order to properly assess your claim, please keep the Goods until we have performed our assessment. It will assist us in our assessment if you provide a photograph of the Goods and send the photographs through to our email.

We do not offer refunds for products if you simply change your mind.

At this stage you are not able to use a Gift card in our online shop, as we only accept Credit Card payments.
But all of our current 17 locations do accept these.

Yes, all Chilled advertised specials seen in the catalogue are available in the Online Shop.

 

Specials exclusive to certain stores or in our Online Shop only will be clearly stated. Online prices subject to change and may vary from pricing found in-store.

 

Packaging

All our fresh meat products are freshly prepared and packed in cling-wrapped recyclable trays. Some products will arrive in either cryovac or vacuum seal packaging to extend the shelf life of these items, please refer to products information.

Your order will be packed into a foam esky (with Freezer Bricks) and transported in our refrigerated van to your front door.

 

General

Tasman Butchers Online and delivery service  is only applicable to retail customers' who buy regular, retail quantities. We only deliver to residential addresses. If you are interested in wholesale quantities, please contact you nearest Tasman Butchers store and discuss your requirements with the Store Manager.
